Each person gets the same amount of candy, nuts, Chanukah gelt (chocolate coins wrapped in gold foil) and puts one piece in the middle (the pot).
The first player spins the dreidel and does what the dreidel says: if a gimel is facing up, the player takes all the pot
Everyone antes up with one piece again
if a hay is facing up, the player takes half
shin (or pey), add 1 to the pot
nun - do nothing.
Everyone takes a turn and the person who has everything at the end, wins.
When you are finished playing, you can eat candy or nuts
